Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or placing any bet on zd77. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") govern the relationship between zd77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the zd77 website and its associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other gaming products made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process and checking the acceptance box during account creation, or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these T&C, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Player / User
Any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered a zd77 account and is accessing the platform's services.

Account
The personal account created by a Player on zd77, which holds the Player's profile data, wallet balance, transaction history and preferences.
💰
Funds / Wallet
Real-money balances held within a Player's zd77 account, denominated in BDT or INR depending on the Player's registered currency.
🎁
Bonus
Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or matched deposit amount issued by zd77 to a Player's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

T&C / Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy published on zd77, which together form the complete agreement between the Player and zd77.

3. Player Eligibility

To register an account and use the zd77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active account.

3.1
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age. zd77 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
3.2
One Account Per Person
Each Player may hold only one registered account on zd77. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, zd77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any open bets or pending withdrawals.
3.3
Legal Capacity
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the platform in your jurisdiction.
3.4
Accurate Information
All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. zd77 may request documentation to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration on zd77 is free of charge. To create an account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, choose a secure password, and accept these Terms and Conditions. The following rules apply to your account at all times.

  1. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (phone number and password) confidential. zd77 staff will never ask for your password by any means of communication.
  2. You must notify zd77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your phone number or password has been compromised.
  3. All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been made by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported a security compromise in writing to zd77 before such activity occurred.
  4. zd77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate fully with all KYC requests.
  5. zd77 may suspend or close an account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Security notice: Never share your zd77 password with anyone, including people claiming to represent zd77 support. All legitimate support communication from zd77 is initiated through official channels and will never require you to disclose your password.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zd77 are conducted in BDT for Bangladesh players, or in INR for players who registered with an INR wallet. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

5.1
Accepted Payment Methods
zd77 accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard for Bangladesh players. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time. Current accepted methods are always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.
5.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending completion of KYC. zd77 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.
5.3
Same-Source Withdrawal Rule
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment source used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact support at [email protected] before requesting a withdrawal.
5.4
Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page within your zd77 account. zd77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. High-value withdrawals may be processed in multiple instalments at zd77's discretion.
Fraud prevention: Any attempt to process fraudulent deposits, use stolen payment credentials, or manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account termination, a permanent ban from zd77, and may be reported to relevant authorities. zd77 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement on matters of suspected fraud.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

zd77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer, as well as the following general provisions.

  1. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money balances are used first for bets unless a bonus is specifically designated to be used first.
  2. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific bonus terms for each offer.
  3. Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. zd77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through use of multiple accounts, or by exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
  4. Bonus offers have expiry dates. Any bonus not activated within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account with no compensation.
  5. zd77 reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and activated by a Player prior to the change taking effect.
Rollover note: Wagering requirements (rollover) are calculated on the bonus amount only unless specified otherwise. Mixed parlays and certain high-RTP game modes may contribute at a reduced rate toward the rollover. Full contribution tables are available in the specific offer terms.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets, casino games, crash games, and any other wagering activity conducted on the zd77 platform.

7.1
Bet Finality
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the zd77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant fixture or event. zd77 uses data from recognised official sources to settle bets. In the event of a data error, zd77 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets using verified official results.
7.2
Manifest Errors
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, prices, or payout calculations — zd77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return stakes to the Player's wallet. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect.
7.3
Abandoned and Suspended Events
For cricket and other sports, if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the minimum qualifying period of play required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player. Specific sport-by-sport rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zd77. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, account termination, voiding of bets and winnings, and/or legal action.

  1. Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account for your benefit.
  2. Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
  3. Colluding with other Players, or engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
  4. Depositing or withdrawing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials, or engaging in any form of chargeback fraud.
  5. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the zd77 platform, its software, or its security systems.
  6. Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity prohibited under applicable law.
Enforcement: zd77 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct are reviewed by the compliance team. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided in full, and the original deposit amount may also be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

9. Responsible Gaming

zd77 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income. zd77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from within your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic are strongly encouraged to activate the self-exclusion tool immediately, or to contact our support team at [email protected] for confidential assistance. A self-exclusion once activated will prevent the Player from logging in for the chosen exclusion period. zd77 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players.

21+ only: zd77 enforces strict age verification. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds held in the account forfeited. zd77 takes its obligations with respect to the protection of minors extremely seriously.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond zd77's reasonable control.

zd77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these T&C excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the zd77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of zd77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of zd77's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

zd77 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmissions between your device and the zd77 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zd77 will notify registered Players by publishing a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the contact details held on the Player's account. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the zd77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the amendment takes effect.
